Robin Wearley, Principal

Robin Wearley, PA-C, MSc is a retired Flight Attendant and Cardiovascular Physician Assistant with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior & Leadership and a Master of Science in Health Communication.

​Her experiences in the travel and healthcare industries were instrumental in helping her identify the unmet safety need addressed by ADAPTS™: ensuring a safe, comfortable evacuation method for people with disabilities.


Jeremy Redding, Director of Marketing & Social Media

Jeremy Redding is the ADAPTS™ Director of Marketing & Social Media. He grew up in the Midwest and currently resides in Northeast Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Indiana University Fort Wayne and went on to complete his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University.   ​

Jeremy first learned about ADAPTS™ when it was still in its infancy. As a frequent traveler, who’s had his share of turbulent flights and even one emergency landing, Jeremy agrees that ADAPTS™ is important for ensuring passengers with disabilities get the same right to swift evacuations as any fellow passengers. He is excited to be a part of the ADAPTS™ mission to help connect this important product with the people who need it most. His travels have taken him to six of the seven continents and he’s always eager for his next adventure!


Andrea Machlan, Prototype & Production Designer

Andrea Machlan is proud to be part of the prototype design and production of ADAPTS™.

As owner of Threaded City, LLC for almost 14 years, Andrea has put to use her vast experience in prototype design while working with Robin to create an easy to use, functional sling that has the potential to make the lives of every traveler safer. This is exactly where she hoped her sewing and prototyping skills would evolve.


Logan Dzingle, Director of Corporate Sales

Logan Dzingle, ADAPTS team member

​Logan is the Director of Corporate Sales for ADAPTS™. Logan is responsible for promoting and selling ADAPTS™ to companies such as airlines, hotels, arenas, cruise lines and public transportation departments.  He has a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Iowa State University and seven years of experience in marketing and sales.

As an avid traveler, Logan has been able to experience the beauty of other countries and cultures which has positively impacted his world perspective. His love for traveling has fueled his desire to promote ADAPTS™ so that others can travel with confidence and know that their safety needs will be met. Logan hopes to make ADAPTS™ a leading product that provides confidence and safety to both establishments and patrons anywhere that emergency evacuation may be difficult for people who are mobility impaired. 


Yassin Deo, Director of Operations

Yassin Deo, ADAPTS team member

​Yassin is the Director of Operations for ADAPTS™ and brings over seven years of experience in supply chain coordination and sourcing. His degrees in Business Administration & Management and Apparel Industry Management mean the materials and manufacturing of ADAPTS™ will align with customer focused quality assurance that we value.

Yassin originally moved to Los Angeles from Iowa, on a journey that began in Rwanda. He fell in love with the apparel and manufacturing industry right after college. The industry was aligned with his passion to help others in less fortunate countries or working environments. He was very excited to jump onto the ADAPTS™ team as the product itself is aligned with his dream of helping people in need.


Glenn Holtz, Director of Business Development

Glenn Holtz, ADAPTS team member

Glenn Holtz has over 20 years experience in public service and brings extensive operational, training, and leadership experience to the team. He is a personal protection and security specialist who started his career as a first responder and critical care paramedic. He has worked for the Federal Protection Service to secure sites housing the CIA, FBI, US Marshals and other high profile agencies. 

Glenn is President and Founder of SOC Tactical Training Academy, one of the largest  academies in the state of Delaware training security officers, law enforcement officers, and bail enforcement officers. Glenn holds certifications at instructor level for TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) and TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care). 


Alan Chaulet, Director of Technology

Alan is an Entrepreneur fighting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He graduated from Bentley University in 2013 with a Management Degree and has been a big part of All Wheels Up since 2014 working alongside Michele its founder. Alan is very active in the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Community and serves on the Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy Adult Advisory Council representing the voices of adults living with Duchenne and Becker Muscular Dystrophy in PPMD’s legislative, policy, and program activities.

Alan has worked closely with Robin throughout the years to help ADAPTS grow. Besides helping with the FLY SAFE TODAY GIVEAWAY, he has worked significantly on the website and is especially proud of the GIF showing how ADAPTS works. The future for accessible air travel is exciting and Alan is blessed to be a big part of it through All Wheels Up and ADAPTS.


Madonna Long, Public Policy and Government Affairs

Madonna Long, ADAPTS team member

Madonna is a respected and established personality in the disability community who works with disability organizations, leaders and businesses around the United States. She has a Bachelors Degree in Homeland Security. She worked on public policy in many states and Washington, DC on Complex Rehab Technology, Air Carrier Act, Convention on Rights for Person with Disabilities and Disability Integration Act. She has worked progressively for over 11 years on transportation policy through regulations of accessible transportation.

Madonna understands the need for ADAPTS because she is a paraplegic and travels frequently. 


Stephanie Brown, Media and Public Relations Pro

Stephanie Brown, ADAPTS team member

Stephanie wanted to join the ADAPTS’ team as soon as she saw the first sling prototype. She knew this one straightforward device would be essential for the safety of huge numbers of people around the world. Stephanie writes for and advises organizations which are positive contributors to society. She has a degree in journalism from the University of Nevada-Reno and helps her community in many ways, but most importantly by teaching her dog good public manners. ​
